BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - Crews with the Biloxi Fire Department are working to extinguish an early morning apartment fire in Biloxi.

According to a Facebook post by the Biloxi Fire Department, a fire broke out at an apartment complex on Irish Hill Drive around 2:30 a.m.

Once crews got to the scene, the structure was heavily damaged and threatening nearby apartments.

At this time, no injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is unknown.

As of 7:29 a.m., the city announced that the fire was extinguished.
