A session called Living a Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions is scheduled for 1 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 21 and Feb. 25 at the Schuylkill Haven Senior Community Center/Recreation Center gymnasium, 340 Haven St. It is for people with ongoing health conditions causing fatigue, pain, anxiety or other symptoms and includes healthful snacks and a guidebook.
