North Texas is likely to see a rainy start to the week, according to weather forecasts.
The National Weather Service in Fort Worth is predicting drizzles for Monday as well as widespread chances for showers and storms Tuesday. It also forecasts low severe weather threat, though there could be some strong storms in Central Texas Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday -- which will see both Christmas Day and the start of Hanukkah this year -- is likely be drier but also cooler, forecasts say.

Lows may fall under 50 while highs could be in the low 60s, according to forecast from KXAS-TV (NBC5).
